When I visited the site, the blue thigh split midi dress on the right was from £38 to £15; the dark wash peg jeans pictured below left were reduced from £32 to £12 and the black fur collar and cuff jacket, pictured below on the right, was reduced from £65 to £25. There were lots more reductions, and no doubt the reduced items will have been updated by the time you visit the site. Dorothy Perkins was founded in 1909, but back then was called HP Newman. It changed its trading name to Dorothy Perkins in 1919.
Today Dorothy Perkins is owned by the Arcadia Group which is owned by Sir Phillip Green. Other brands owned by Arcadia include Topshop, Burton and Miss Selfridge.
Dorothy Perkins support The Woodland Trust, and their charitable works in this regard have enabled more than 100,000 trees to be planted since 2007. Money is raised for the charity through selling limited editions of selected clothing.
